I could tell they were truly focused on getting the job done right, and their determination was evident. After confirming the problem, they didn’t waste any time. They drove into town to source the necessary parts, which was a bit of a trip but not once did they seem frustrated or in a rush. They knew exactly what was needed to fix the issue, and when they returned, they got right to work.
One of the most impressive aspects of their work was their commitment to solving the problem, no matter the difficulty. The issue required them to dig a hole about two to three feet deep in the ground to access the broken line. Even though it was an arduous task, Nate and Mathew worked tirelessly, ensuring that everything was done correctly. They didn't stop there, though. They went the extra mile to carefully repair the broken electrical line, ensuring that it would be fully functional and safe for use.
What I truly appreciated was their dedication to completing the job, no matter how late it got. The repair work started at 1 PM, but they didn’t finish until well after dark, showing their commitment to getting the power back on and making sure everything was in perfect working condition. Even though it was getting late, they maintained a positive attitude and continued working efficiently and professionally.
When the job was done, they took the time to clean up the area, putting everything back in place and ensuring that my property was left exactly how it was before they started—minus the electrical issue, of course! I was so relieved and happy when they got the power back on to the house, and I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work.

Electrical Supervisor: Mr. Nate Medford is an awesome employee. He gave a fair estimate and gave a follow-up to see if things were running smoothly.
Electrical Experts: Dawson Henry, Josh Pettet - U.S. Army. Both are outstanding experts. They installed 3 Ring floodlight cameras and 1 Ring doorbell. Also, 3 electrical outlets, 2 light switches, and rerouted my sprinkler electrical panel. And last but not least, they installed a bedroom fan and a living room fan. They came twice on Tuesday. Both Tuesdays, they took in my trash without asking because they knew I was sick. They are incredible, caring human beings with great work ethics.
HVAC Expert: Anthony Kannenberg installed my digital Google thermostat. He did an awesome job. He was fast, courteous, and professional.

This review is a week late because life happens. I wanted to give Nate accolades because of the amazing experience he gave during his time repairing and sharing his knowledge. He's professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly at the same time. I learned so much from him about daisy chaining, backstab wiring, grounding, and so much more, that I was able to make up an electric joke at the end of his visit that I've never said before. I'll share it here: I'll paraphrase: He was testing an outlet and said, 'This room is the same.' And had me go to another outlet within that same room, and had me place my hand on that outlet that wasn't being used, and feel the heat coming from there, and it was so hot, that I said, 'it's dangerously hot that a fire could start from that!' And then he made everything safe again. So then I said, 'so they daisy chained us and backstabbed us! At least we can get some relief with getting grounded with our new grounding sheets!' We all shared a laugh. Nate is a nice guy who doesn't mind explaining things so it can be understood. Great guy!
