We were convinced he really knew his business
Craig came to our home and estimated a job for our home's gas-fired, forced hot water heating system to descale the whole system, as it's now 10 years old. We were convinced he really knew his business, as the system was never set up with the access ports to do it. So he proposed a job installing the ports needed. So we intend to have him do the proposed job, which we feel was quite reasonably priced.

Replaced a zone valve and thoroughly tested the system to see why other zones were air locked. May need a new circulating pump in the future, but no pressure from Craig.
