The team at Awesome Home Services is amazing. Arber helped walk me through why my 28-year-old furnace was failing and set me up with a new one after 3 days without heat. Robby and his associate, who I did not get the name of, installed the new furnace quickly and efficiently whilst being very respectful of my new home. Preston got me set up with the membership, unclogged my toilet, helped me understand why my 14-year-old water heater was making a clunking sound, and got me a brand new one for a reasonable price. David set up the aforementioned water heater despite the challenges my home gave him. He was explaining everything he did to me and was always in a cheerful mood no matter the challenge. He also went above and beyond, helping me put my gate back on the hinges after the wind blew it over. Clay walked me through my crawl space and explained every leak and every problem going on with my pipes, and he broke down the price of the service to my wife and me in a very human and digestible way to help us feel at peace of mind with our decision to go with a recipe. To the team at Awesome Home Services, you are all doing an AWESOME!!! job, thank you guys so much.

All four service people were friendly Mar 6, 2026

We had the good fortune of having the furnace conk out at the end of January, right when we were having negative degree temps at night. It was over the weekend, but a new furnace was installed by Tuesday. Arber was the first Awesome tech to come out and set up a time for new service installation the next day. Casey and David did the actual installation and took care to make sure the gas water heater was turned off so there wouldn’t be any safety issues. The funny part (sort of!) was they forgot to turn the water heater back on, so we had a surprise of cold water the next day! No problem… a tech came out very quickly to check it out and turn it back on. Jon came out after a required inspector came out from the city, who “mistakenly” said they hadn’t installed the required CO₂ sensors. Jon was baffled that the city inspector said there were none, because Casey and David had taken pictures of the two sensors installed by them. When Jon called the office, they actually had the pictures in the office as proof. He showed me how the sensors actually sensed both smoke and CO₂ with two different sounds… one with one beep, and the other with three beeps. All four service people were friendly, knew what they were doing… and got the job done right… minus the water heater hiccup. :)

Joseph Friel came to give us an estimate for a new furnace, new account, and new electrical box in the garage. He explained everything very well as to why pricing is what it is, timeline on getting things completed, etc. I will use them again for other projects I have planned. The crew that came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Awesome Review If you are reading this and thinking about using Awesome Home Services, just quit reading and call them now to schedule an appointment. These people were amazing from start to finish. It was so easy to schedule an appointment, which is important to me, and they showed up right away. Joseph was amazing from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable! He made me feel at ease while explaining the most technical things about a furnace that you could possibly imagine. He even offered to come back after 5:00 PM to explain in detail the work the system needed because there’s no way I could explain it myself. He put in the extra work to make me feel like a valued customer. You don’t see this very often in companies, but Awesome Home Services has found some great employees that they love and vice versa. On the day of the new system install, Robbie and Ben reassured me that they would take great care of me and my home. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am very picky on giving a five-star review, and this company should get more. I can’t remember the last time I’ve said that. Definitely recommend them for any services in your home. They are a new company, but one of the best in Colorado Springs. Give them a call to get a quote, but you can also get quotes from others that won’t compare. So I’ll save you some time…call them now.
