Our Story

Our CEO, Leonard "Lenny" Siers, is an Air Force veteran who started as a one-man HVAC operation in Niceville, Florida in 1995. Over the following years, he grew that single truck into a $40 million company serving the Florida Panhandle, Orlando, and Birmingham, Alabama. After selling that business, Lenny set out on a new mission: building a company where people can grow, lead, and provide for their families through honest work in the trades.

In 2019, Lenny met Brandyn Nuffer, our COO. Brandyn had already spent a decade living in Colorado Springs, where his three children were born, and brought a deep connection to the community along with complementary experience running service operations. Together they founded Awesome Home Services, built around treating people right, doing the job the right way, and creating real opportunity in the trades.

Awesome Home Services is a DBA of Nice Springs LLC, headquartered at 805 N Murray Boulevard in Colorado Springs, with a second location in Pueblo at 1624 Bonforte Boulevard. Our HVAC team has been working in the trade since 1995, our electrical manager holds certifications from Tesla, ChargePoint, Span, Generac, Sonnen, LG Chem, Enphase, SolarEdge, and Delta, and our plumbing manager brings more than 12 years of hands-on residential experience.

Do repair visits cost anything, or only new installations?

Free estimates apply to new installations and replacements. For a repair visit, a licensed technician still gives you a clear, upfront price in writing before any work begins, so there are never any surprise charges. Ask about our Awesome Club Membership, which includes a reduced service fee on every visit.

Do you offer discounts for military, veterans, first responders, teachers, or nurses?

Yes. As a thank-you to the heroes in our community, Veterans, Active Military, First Responders, Nurses, and Teachers can take up to 10% off repairs and installations. Let our team know when you schedule so we can apply it.

What's included in the Awesome Club Membership, and can I cancel anytime?

Membership is $29.95 a month or $399 a year and includes two HVAC inspections, one plumbing inspection, one electrical inspection, two garage door inspections, a discounted service fee, 15% off repairs, and 10% off replacements and indoor air quality products, transferable if you move. You can cancel anytime by contacting our office. If you cancel within the first 6 months, you'll be responsible for the value of discounts already used; after 6 months, there's no cost to cancel. Why might two quotes for the same job look different?

The final cost of any job depends on what our technician finds once they're on site: the age and condition of your system, how accessible the work area is, whether code upgrades are required, and the scope of what needs to be done.
