Program Description
When you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Awesome Home Services, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages related to our products and services. Depending on the consent you provide, these messages may include appointment reminders, account and service notifications, customer care and follow-up messages, and — where you have separately agreed — marketing and promotional offers.
Consent and Opt-In
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Awesome Home Services. You may opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on our Site, by responding to a text-based enrollment keyword, by providing verbal or written consent, or through another opt-in method we make available. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the type of messages you have agreed to receive.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent to you or by you, depending on your mobile carrier's rate plan. Awesome Home Services does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the Program and stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also use the keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a one-time confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from Awesome Home Services unless you opt in again. Following the confirmation message, no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Delivery and Carrier Liability
Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Awesome Home Services is not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control, and we are not liable for any delays, failures in delivery, or errors in the content of any message.
Your Mobile Information and Privacy
We respect the privacy of your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing may occur with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service providers, solely to help us deliver the Program to you. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Supported Carriers
The Program is supported by major wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

5. Intellectual Property
