Craig and CJ were awesome. Both were professional, focused, and personable. Awesome Home Services, unlike other companies I called, were willing to come out same day to inspect my hot water heater, and both techs showed up the next, on time, and did a great job in a shorter than estimated time. When I learned that we needed to replace the old water heater and pipes in our newly acquired 100-year-old house, I reached out to Awesome Home Services and their 4.9 rating. I had them bid against another 4.9 and the 4.8 here in town and I chose them because their bid didn't have as many extras (things that could be but didn't need to be replaced). My team was comprised of Austin, Jason, Spencer, and Tristen. They showed up first thing Monday morning after a 1/2 hour warning call, and they were professional, but they really seemed to enjoy their work and each other. That's pretty rare. They communicated about everything with me—arrivals, departures, durations, water shut-off, etc. It's one thing to be highly professional. But it's another to be above and beyond. Awesome is above and beyond. A new neighbor moved in yesterday and got their U-Haul stuck on a steep incline. The team loaned them a 2x4 for the evening to get their truck free. Call Awesome if you want professionals who are also good peeps.

My hot water tank unexpectedly went out late Monday night, and I was fully expecting to go without hot water for days. But by Tuesday afternoon—less than 24 hours later—Josh and the team had a brand new one installed and working perfectly. Josh was professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue, walk me through the replacement process, and made sure everything was cleaned up and running smoothly before he left. The name says it all—Awesome Home Services truly lives up to their name. Fast, friendly, reliable, and efficient. Highly recommended!
