Elliott came out last minute when our heater stopped working. Two other companies bailed on us in the same day, and I'm almost glad they did since Elliott was so amazing. He was very knowledgeable, kind, personable, and transparent. He was even willing to lend us some space heaters because our heater's issues were beyond what he could repair that evening.
