Incredibly AWESOME Service! Mar 22, 2025

Nate Medford - Incredibly AWESOME!!! We asked for the electrical inspection of the Awesome Club Membership Program... Nate didn't just inspect, he explained. Nate also didn't just explain, he corrected issues along the way. (One, of several, examples: those exterior outlets that wouldn't work at Christmas when I went to plug in my lighted reindeer? "Oh, I bet they are controlled by a GFCI outlet." He found the controlling GFCI outlet behind ladders in the garage and voila! Electricity restored!!) So by the time he came to the electrical subpanel for our auxiliary building, I could already recognize that the panel had problems. His explanations also cleared up why two of our outlets in that building had looked burned when we bought the property! Today he brought the subpanel up to code and prevented a probable electrical fire. But that's not all. Nate was willing to spend lengthy time on the phone with me over the past week, giving me clear guidance on LED fixtures to replace our dim fluorescent lighting. With Matthew's help, today the 6 light fixtures were replaced, a necessary wireless carbon detector and GFCI outlet installed, and for fun and convenience, 2 USB outlets given. Of special note: the GFCI outlet was not a simple swap-out. Nate had to cut into the trim for that installation, which he did incredibly cleanly and precisely. Upon completion of all these tasks, the work areas were cleared of trash and left in great condition. Thank you so much for all your work, your attention to detail, for caring.

I had a simple electrical garbage disposal problem. Nate did the troubleshooting and found various other problems. The dishwasher quit working also due to an electrical wiring problem. He was exceptionally patient and confident in his work. Nate did not leave until there was a solution and is going to return with a plumber to finish the dishwasher problem. I am impressed with Nate and his work ethic. I recommend Awesome Home Service. Clay and Jason Wonderful service installing a new hot water heater as well as redoing the kitchen drain lines. They walked me through everything and made sure I was satisfied. Awesome is a great company to work with. Justin was thorough in doing a furnace check. He took pictures to explain what was done. He is personable and makes a good representative for Awesome Home Services. I have had Awesome for furnace check by Anthony. He did a great job and gave me advice on the future of my furnaces. I will definitely call Awesome for any future home services. Anthony was personable and knowledgeable. Clay is personable and knowledgeable. I have confidence in his opinion. He is clear in his explanation and I will call Awesome again.
