It's been bitter cold, with record-breaking lows and our furnace kept shutting itself down. Elliot with Awesome Home Service came out so fast, on a Sunday afternoon. He fixed the problem, got everything up and running, then he went out of his way to dispose a rodent for me. I'm so pleased and highly recommend Awesome Home Services!

This review is based upon my experience with ELLIOT WEISS and the company in general. For some context, I called up AWESOME Home Services because my furnace went out when it was 20° outside and quickly lowering the temperature in my home. It was also a Saturday which had me stressed it would incur higher rates for an emergency call-out. To my surprise, they had same-day appointments. I was able to get someone to come to my home within a few hours and without adding crazy surcharges for a weekend call-out or anything like that. That in and of itself was very nice! Services were rendered by Elliot Weiss. He was very professional and got straight to work. Elliot worked quickly and efficiently and articulated what he was doing throughout the process. Elliot built confidence that what he was doing was necessary and conducive to fixing the problem as opposed to some of those scammers out there who just use a couple of power tools, come up with some random technical terms, and start a sales pitch. Elliot shows both an expertise in the work he does but an evident passion for the work he does. Frankly, the passion and dedication he puts into his work is something I seldom see from anyone in any career field. So I couldn’t tell you for sure if everyone at the company can deliver the same experience Elliot did, but he believes in his work, believes in his company, and believes in the people he works with. On a final note, I think Elliot was absolutely fantastic and he is an excellent representative for the company. Elliot is the reason that I trust this company for any future services I will require, and I would happily recommend him to anyone. So if you’re looking for someone or some company, I think you’re making the right choice with them. Thanks!

My furnace stopped working and Awesome came out the next morning to assist. Justin was an absolute professional. Awesome lives by their name; I had an awesome experience. I was educated on what happened, and the remedy. Justin was polite and courteous. Awesome provided a tremendous value. In reality, I have maybe one or two more seasons left with my current furnace and absolutely will use Awesome when the time to replace it comes. Thanks for being a trustworthy business.

Corey has been wonderful! Punctual, personable, patient, and great communication. Awesome quickly came to our rescue when our heater failed to heat during the first winter storm of the season.
