Preston was very professional and courteous. He was very helpful and apologetic when we realized our communication on the type of water heater was not tankless. He said he would get another tech out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for your help and willingness to help! 12/2/24 WOW! Another perfect example of professionalism. First we had Preston who was absolutely fantastic, and today we had Craig!! My mom and I were so very pleased. Having learned from Preston that we had a boiler system we had to have another tech come out. Today we had Craig and he was awesome! My mom was very impressed by his explaining everything to her and why he was suggesting and recommending the steps he was. I was on the phone and was very pleased with everything shared. Detailed, informative, asked multiple times if we had additional questions, very patient and overall a great experience! To the entire AWESOME Home Service Team… so far you are 2 for 2 with AWESOME employees who are not only friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind, but they both have been very communicative, helpful and gave the feeling of honesty! It’s been a wonderful experience and I am thankful for finding your company to help with our current home maintenance needs! Thank you for what you have done for my mom and I so far and I look forward to future business with you and your team! Oh and we can’t forget Mandy - she has been awesome to work with too!!
