I discovered water flooding our basement wet bar, with backup coming from both the kitchen and wet bar drains. The water was backing up through an air pipe in the wet bar area. After attempting to snake the drain myself and realizing the clog was much deeper than I could reach, I called Awesome Home Services the next morning.
Clay arrived within a couple of hours and worked diligently for about an hour trying to clear the blockage. When he couldn't locate the clog with his equipment, he immediately contacted dispatch to send out Preston, who had the camera equipment needed for the job. Preston arrived a couple of hours later and used his camera to locate the clog far down the line, successfully removing it.
Both Clay and Preston were transparent about the process from start to finish, explaining everything they were doing and keeping me informed throughout.
Their professionalism and communication were outstanding. I'm relieved this turned out to be a manageable repair rather than something more serious.
