This review is based upon my experience with ELLIOT WEISS and the company in general.
For some context, I called up AWESOME Home Services because my furnace went out when it was 20° outside and quickly lowering the temperature in my home. It was also a Saturday which had me stressed it would incur higher rates for an emergency call-out. To my surprise, they had same-day appointments. I was able to get someone to come to my home within a few hours and without adding crazy surcharges for a weekend call-out or anything like that. That in and of itself was very nice!
Services were rendered by Elliot Weiss. He was very professional and got straight to work. Elliot worked quickly and efficiently and articulated what he was doing throughout the process. Elliot built confidence that what he was doing was necessary and conducive to fixing the problem as opposed to some of those scammers out there who just use a couple of power tools, come up with some random technical terms, and start a sales pitch. Elliot shows both an expertise in the work he does but an evident passion for the work he does. Frankly, the passion and dedication he puts into his work is something I seldom see from anyone in any career field. So I couldn’t tell you for sure if everyone at the company can deliver the same experience Elliot did, but he believes in his work, believes in his company, and believes in the people he works with.
On a final note, I think Elliot was absolutely fantastic and he is an excellent representative for the company. Elliot is the reason that I trust this company for any future services I will require, and I would happily recommend him to anyone. So if you’re looking for someone or some company, I think you’re making the right choice with them.
