Joe Friel came out as we were having issues with our HVAC. Turns out our issues were larger than expected. Joe walked us through all of the issues and what was needed to fix them. He provided the most information in a way we could understand than any other service that we have had come out. We Were So Lucky to Have Arber
Our heat went out on a Friday night, and we woke up to a chilly house Saturday morning. We knew we needed service quickly. I put in a request online and had a phone call within minutes. I’m sorry I don’t remember the scheduler’s name, but he was incredibly polite. He was a perfect first contact and made me feel really good about my decision to contact this company. He told me they’d have someone out between noon and 4 p.m. By 8 a.m. I had a text message confirming the appointment and, at 12:08, a text that our tech would be arriving shortly, along with a name, photo, and brief bio, which was really nice to have. We were SO LUCKY to have Arber K come to our home as our service tech. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. He explained things every step of the way. We’re getting a whole new HVAC system installed Monday morning. Arber even left a couple of good quality space heaters for us to use until our install. He was very knowledgeable about the company and products and took his time explaining our options. Arber clearly takes pride in the company and obviously enjoys helping people. We never felt pressured into purchasing a new system or like any high-pressure sales tactics were in play. It felt more like sitting around the table with family trying to make the right decision. Were there less expensive options? Maybe. But just based on what Arber told us about the company and our interactions with the scheduler and Arber, we feel great about our decision.

I called on a Tuesday needing immediate service to remove my AC unit so I could get concrete poured on Friday... I called 3 companies and Awesome was the only company that answered and was able to send Joseph F. to give me a quote almost immediately.... Elliot W. was able to remove it Thursday morning, while Chris P. sold me a monthly maintenance package for $30/month and then did a maintenance check on my heater... then sent Josh P. to help with a broken outlet and electrical maintenance and Joseph P. to do a maintenance check on my garage...
