Joseph Friel came on time and did a complete review of our furnace and air conditioner system. He took the time to explain all operational issues involved with our system that the original installer didn't ever do. Found that the humidifier has never worked in the 7 years that we had the system. The company that installed the system didn't bother to install it correctly, so their answer was to turn off the water.
