Awesome Home Services lives up to its name of awesome! We just had Austin M. here to work on our hot water heater, and he was fantastic — thorough, personable, and clear in his communication. He also pointed out a couple of other plumbing concerns (corrosion from a bad seal, worn-out water softener, etc.) and talked to us about the process of fixing those things in the future, but he did so in a way that didn’t feel like a sales pitch and, instead, felt like sincere concern for our home.

We live way out east in Ramah. Had our hot water heater burst from inside out and some pipes burst under the house. We connected our insurance on Sept. 3. On Sept. 4 I was looking for a plumber that would come out east. I called Awesome Home Service and the nice, professional young lady took my call. She got us on the schedule and was sending Clay out for an estimate. We had Servpro out the day before who only took pictures. This guy snapped a couple of pictures and took a few measurements. (Big joke.)
Clay came out and looked at the hot water heater and the damage in the house. He went under the house to evaluate the damage, came back up and told my wife this can’t wait. He made a call on our behalf and ExecutivePro Dry was at our house getting the ball rolling. Clay has been with us explaining what has happened and what needs to happen. He got us everything we needed to send to insurance. (As of this post insurance is still dragging.) Today we got hooked up, Clay made sure the water heater and pipes were good. Clay is the type of person I want taking care of my family’s needs, he is professional and the perfect picture of customer service!! Clay’s apprentice was excellent the day he came out. Today, Oct. 4, forgive me, I forgot the name. But the gentleman helping Clay today was excellent.

Above and Beyond Service
When I learned that we needed to replace the old water heater and pipes in our newly acquired 100-year-old house, I reached out to Awesome Home Services and their 4.9 rating. I had them bid against another 4.9 and the 4.8 here in town and I chose them because their bid didn't have as many extras (things that could be but didn't need to be replaced). My team was comprised of Austin, Jason, Spencer, and Tristen. They showed up first thing Monday morning after a 1/2 hour warning call, and they were professional, but they really seemed to enjoy their work and each other. That's pretty rare. They communicated about everything with me—arrivals, departures, durations, water shut-off, etc. It's one thing to be highly professional. But it's another to be above and beyond. Awesome is above and beyond. A new neighbor moved in yesterday and got their U-Haul stuck on a steep incline. The team loaned them a 2x4 for the evening to get their truck free. Call Awesome if you want professionals who are also good peeps.
