Elliot came out to inspect our AC today and he was super quick and efficient! He came in and found the problem with our AC quickly. He explained the issue and resolved it within an hour, which is amazing because we have kids and pets in the home. He was also very respectful and kind. Chris Perkins and Elliot Weiss came out to fix my AC. They did an amazing job. We were first quoted $3,000 for the repair by one of the technicians. Chris and Elliot were able to save a drastic amount of money with a bill of $1,250; we were absolutely shocked. Elliot gave me a military discount and another discount which brought the price down. My AC is working great, and I can’t thank them enough. I tried two different AC companies that never showed. Awesome Home Services arrived on time and did great work. I’ll definitely be working with them a lot more.

I had an issue with my AC on a Saturday, and Joseph Friel came to help right away. He carefully inspected my whole setup—AC, furnace, and water heater—and explained everything in a way that made sense. My system’s from 1998, so I knew it was getting old, and he pointed out the normal signs of wear without pushing me to replace it. What really stood out was his willingness to bring in portable units just in case he couldn’t get it working. Luckily, he did! AC Fixed Without Pressure to Replace
Joe showed up on a Saturday. My AC wasn't working. Joe showed up, immediately went through my entire furnace/water heater/AC units, and was able to tell me all about my system. My AC system being from 1998, he was able to show me all the wear and tear (which I figured being 27 years old). But he did not pressure me into purchasing a new AC. He was even willing to get portable AC units in my home if he could not get it running, which he did get it up and running.

Amazing People and Great Customer Service
My AC went out, and it was such a hassle to even think about calling someone to come. Unfortunately, I had to. I called Awesome Home Service. They answered the first call. The receptionist was so kind and set me up for same-day service. Not weeks out, but that day. I live in Pueblo West and they came from Colorado Springs. My window was 4 to 8 pm, they arrived at 3:50. These days, an answer and being on time is a win in itself. Customer service is not what it used to be, but this company was more than I expected. Not only did they do the simple things like being kind and professional, they actually got the work done fast and for a great cost. I was waiting for them to try to take my entire bank account, but they gave me a price that I was not expecting. This meant so much to me. I have been dealing with the worst companies (Blue Flame Gas Inc.) and others that just make me dread making the call. I couldn't believe they actually came out and got my AC back and running same day. I can't express how grateful I am that there are people, let alone companies, like this that still exist. Thank you very much. Shout out to the 2 technicians that did the work and the receptionist that took my order. Amazing job, but most of all, amazing people and great customer service!

Technicians well beyond five stars
We were having issues with our AC freezing up and loss of airflow through the vents. After calling around and finding there were no helpful companies locally, I called Awesome Home Service. I explained the problem, letting them know that it was too hot inside for my animals and it was an extremely urgent matter. I was guaranteed that they would get me taken care of today, and sure enough, the technicians showed up as promised. When they got here I went through everything I did to diagnose the problem as I have experience with HVAC, but some things are beyond my scope. Our service technicians Dale and Justin showed up, and not only were they extremely helpful and friendly, they did an awesome job explaining things, doing a full check of the system, and got everything working the way it is supposed to. They guarantee that they don't leave until it's working, and they did. Not only did they show up on time as promised, but they were very clear on cost with no hidden fees or add-ons to what we discussed. I rate the overall performance, service, and attitude of these technicians well beyond five stars and they will be who I call for all of my cooling needs. Thanks, guys for the experience, knowledge, and help. My animals thank you and I hope you enjoyed the snakes. Also to the lady who answered the phone. You are "awesome!"
