Big thanks to William, Tristen, and Jason of Awesome Home Services! They did great work tag-teaming my job right before a holiday weekend: a sudden leak which damaged our laundry room ceiling with waste water. Tristen opened the ceiling and found a failed tub waste and overflow drain assembly leaking when used. He cut and removed the failed section and installed a new tub waste and overflow in PVC. He verified the drain repair was working correctly and that there were no leaks on any connections for the drain repair. Next, he removed the failed shower valve assembly (which required cutting into the shower tile) and installed a Delta single handle shower valve with remodel plate (a welcome upgrade to our 70s era plate). He tested for leaks on the connections and then caulked all the shower trim. While in the laundry room, William and Jason noticed wet flooring under our toilet. They discovered the toilet’s wax seal appeared to have been leaking for a while and recommended a restoration company that could evaluate the flooring. In the meantime, they removed the toilet and capped the toilet flange to prevent sewer gases from getting into our home. Important to note: Unlike other companies, Awesome provides a two-year parts and labor warranty. I will definitely call these guys for future home repairs. They were all very nice and professional. They were patient with me and explained everything they were doing and why. I also very much appreciated their team approach to resolving problems. They were licensed and insured, and there was a clear system of mentorship between the more experienced technician and his co-workers. Wonderful to see with a local business. Called with a problem, answered right away and offered a QUICK SOLUTION. Came same day (or night) and kept in contact with me prior to coming. Tristan was the first responder and assessed the situation, came with a quote. Once approved, got to work. Stayed quite a while but the problem was solved. Pretty fatigued after the job, it was no picnic, needed some backup to help finish. Which was fine, don't think he expected to stay so late. Job was perfect, and even considering Awesome for some preventative maintenance work in the future. Help them help us type work. All in all. A+

Cley was my technician, and he was right on time, fast, efficient, and well-informed. He took the time to explain the plan and the reason for it. I am very happy with the services I received from Awesome Home Services! During an initial time of panic due to a plumbing issue, they were able to send someone out, within the hour, to address the issue. They also took care of coordinating the other specialists needed to resolve the problem, who were also knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Clay and CJ were the plumbers I had, and both were great! I’m not a huge fan of the attempts to upsell, but it’s business, and I totally get that! In the end, the cost was very reasonable and more than fair! They were both ‘awesome,’ as was the experience as a whole! I would definitely recommend Clay, CJ, and Awesome Home Services!

We had a plumbing emergency late Friday night, and Awesome Home Services was the first to respond the next morning. They were able to schedule an appointment for the same day and even called to say they could send their service guy out earlier than they originally estimated. Clay was knowledgeable and explained everything as I am new to having septic. He recommended we get the septic pumped to save us money, which we appreciated. He also explained to use how we could maintain the system annually to keep these things from happening.
