Clay and Josh have been incredibly helpful. Our house was losing power, and our park manager, Colorado Springs Utility, and an electrician from an unnamed other company all basically said there was nothing to be done. Josh meticulously tested everything until he could pinpoint our water heater as the electric problem, and in under 24 hours Clay was talking me through the new water heater installation.
Thank heavens we’ll be able to take hot baths and watch football games without the power dying! Josh and Clay are practically superheroes.

Our experience was nothing short of... Awesome. Jason Tse came out to look at an electrical issue we were having and worked with us to make a plan to fix the immediate issue first and then some options to upgrade the other issues that were contributing to the problem in a way that our budget could handle. He also patiently walked through all the inspections and Awesome Services available. The very next day Nate Medford and Josh Pettet came out and not only fixed the original issue and a secondary issue, but they saved me $400 from the original price. I was extremely impressed at how they treated me as a person and not a work order and really put in the time to diagnose the root of the issue. Because the $30.00 club membership with the annual inspections and discounts was too good to pass up, I scheduled an HVAC and garage door inspection as well. James Foust made easy work of the garage door inspection and tune up and prolonged the life of my aging system. Korey White conducted the most thorough HVAC inspection you could ask for, answered all of my million questions, and improved the performance of my unit. I had been avoiding getting the HVAC looked at because it was such an unknown system to me and I didn’t know what would turn up. He demystified the whole thing and I feel like I have a more comfortable general understanding now. What struck me the most about this series of interactions was that with all the technicians I dealt with, they were all genuinely incredible. Awesome even. Each of them was professional, kind, technical experts who all clearly love their jobs and this company. They all worked well together and were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Most companies are hit or miss on who they send out, but Awesome Home Services was 5 for 5. I would confidently recommend any one of the experts who came out, and I trust that if another technician was sent out that they will be equally skilled and professional.
