I shared this on Facebook, but I really appreciate this company. They were there for us during a stressful home emergency. Calm and caring - that day we purchased their home maintenance program. Not only do they call to remind us it’s time for our maintenance check up - which, as a mom of 4 and a life of constant schedules and busyness, I appreciate this. But what I appreciate most is tonight when my boys broke my garage door 2 days before Christmas. A competitor wanted to charge $300 just to come and look at the problem. When I called Awesome Home Services, they offered me a waived service fee because Christmas is so close. To 100% fix my garage, the total fee was $750. In order to fix it and make it safe for my kids was $250. I appreciate someone who didn’t force me into spending an extra almost $800 right now, given the time of year, when I was ready to hand over my credit card. He assured me that I didn’t have to spend that amount of money right now. I appreciate James and his kindness. A true representation of what the company stands for.
