We Ended Up With a Great Job Done
Got a new garage door and opener when the old one died. Logan came out immediately and gave us options on the repair/replacement. Had a snafu in the product ordering and time frame, but Logan maintained communication and we ended up with a great job done by him and Aaron; both were courteous and polite. I give those two 5 stars, but the office 4 stars because I had to contact the office multiple times myself to get updates. Also, to Awesome, ditch the AI operator, they can't help with much and it's easier/quicker for the customer to speak with a real person; try to maintain a small company experience with personal attention.

The 29-year-old garage door on the house that I rent broke. My landlord called AWESOME Home Services and made an appointment for Sept. 2nd, 2025, for the installation of a new garage door. Logan and Joe came out and let me just say, their service lived up to the company's name... AWESOME! They were courteous, did an amazing job on the install, tested the door multiple times to make sure it worked properly, went over everything with me, wiped down any dirt they got on the new door, and then picked up any mess before they left.
