From start to finish, Awesome Home Services lived up to its name. Arber came and evaluated our AC issue on a Saturday, a service other companies did not offer. He then showed me the problem and provided options, lower-cost repair and then the higher-cost replacement option, providing if this then that insights to both options. He was very professional and knowledgeable... never hard selling either option. Once we made the decision to replace our old AC, the scheduling team set up the install very quickly, and the following Thursday they arrived on time and ready to replace our entire AC system. Tony K., Robert K., and Ben K. were the installing crew. They were extremely friendly and professional. Each person had a job, and I could tell that they worked together as a team very well. While Robert and Ben worked to put in the new compressor outside, Tony removed and worked to replace the new heat exchanger inside. Together, they replaced and essentially upgraded our entire system and integrated it with our gas furnace in a matter of hours. They laid down carpet-covering plastic and always wore shoe coverings when entering or going outside... Great crew and great company... My wife and I could not be happier! Awesome job!

Elliott Weiss came out first to inspect our AC unit on a Saturday morning. He worked closely with us and showed us all the issues with our unit. After confirming our AC was irreparable, he set us to replace our AC and aeroseal the ducts. That Tuesday, Ben Kennedy and Robby Jose came over and started their work, and just a few hours later, it was complete. One thing to note is they were extremely polite and focused on their task. So far they've been awesome and living up to their company's name. Can't wait to do future business with them.

A Positive Experience
It’s never fun to have to replace appliances in your home, but Joseph Friel made replacing our A/C system and furnace a positive experience. He went above and beyond for us and brought us a portable A/C unit to use while we wait for our A/C system to be replaced, which is very appreciated during this hot weather considering we have two kids to keep cool. We will absolutely be using Awesome Home Services again in the future!
