Received a flyer in the mail for furnace tune-up along with air conditioner tune-up for $49. I called and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. That was impressive to get us in so quickly. Then, the day of the appointment, we received a text from Korey White with a photo and his expertise in the field and some personal information about him. Then received a phone call on the way. When he arrived, he was very professional and very friendly. He spent close to two hours just looking at our equipment. He even pulled my husband downstairs to show him something. Even before he started, he stated he only wanted to provide us excellent service and if he wasn't to let him know. Wow! We knew our furnace was getting old prior to his arrival, but after he sat with us and showed us all the issues it and the air conditioner were having, we decided to buy new ones from Awesome Home Services. I called Awesome Home Services on a 97° day with an air conditioning issue. Elliott arrived in a short time and performed a thorough inspection of the HVAC components, both furnace and AC.
The issues with the AC were discovered quickly and the repair process was communicated to me clearly.
