Arber and Clay came by to service the furnace/AC and hot water heater/water softener respectively. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and pleasant. They showed me what was good and what needed attention. They thoroughly explained things without the "this is bad and needs replaced" statement many other companies use. Better than that, they SHOWED me! I was able to select from several options on the items that needed repair/replaced and was able to select an option within my budget. I am a pretty handy guy, just not in these specific areas. Having professionals take the time to show me and answer my questions was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend. Hope they come by for a beer after Christmas...

Elliott Weiss did a terrific job of winterizing our furnace. He found and proved with pictures and meter readings that parts of our furnace were aging faster due to a different company making mistakes when the furnace was installed and taking shortcuts. At my request, he even showed me how to turn off the gas to our house and gave me a tool to do it. He was very professional and nice to work with.
