Brittany serves as the Contact Center Manager at Awesome Home Services, where she leads the team responsible for every first hello and every lasting impression. To Brittany, service so good, it’s Awesome means delivering top-of-the-line service through top-of-the-line people—creating an experience that feels friendly, genuine, and stress-free from the very first call.
Brittany began her career in 2017 working in a contact center that supported the trades in Florida. Over the years, she discovered a passion for leadership and team development, moving into management roles where she led teams of 15 and later co-managed a team of 50. In July 2024, she joined the Awesome Home Services family, bringing with her a people-first approach and a commitment to raising the standard of customer care across the organization.
Her favorite core value, Service Above Self, guides how she leads and supports her team. Brittany believes that home services is ultimately a people business—and that choosing to serve customers, communities, and teammates well, even on challenging days, is what sets great companies apart.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys reading—especially self-growth, fantasy, and biographies—keeping music playing at all times, and exploring her new home in Colorado. Her leadership blends empathy, energy, and accountability, helping ensure every customer interaction feels simple, easy, and truly Awesome.
