Cedric serves as the Garage Door Operations Manager at Awesome Home Services, leading with a servant-leader mindset and a strong focus on team development, customer trust, and community impact. To Cedric, service so good, it’s Awesome means doing everything possible to support the team and help the community grow by delivering truly outstanding service—on every job, every day.

Cedric began his career as a residential interior paint estimator, where he built a strong foundation in project planning, customer communication, and delivering work on budget. His path eventually led him into the garage door industry, where he started as an installer and later worked as a technician, gaining hands-on experience with both repairs and full installations. As his knowledge and leadership skills grew, Cedric moved into management roles, including Field Manager and Assistant General Manager, before stepping into his current role as General Manager.

Today, Cedric oversees day-to-day garage door operations, leads a high-performing team, and focuses on refining processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction. His favorite core value, Compete to Win, resonates deeply with him—not as competition for competition’s sake, but as a commitment to going the extra mile, building trust, and lifting up the people and neighborhoods Awesome Home Services serves.

Outside of work, Cedric is a big sports fan and enjoys traveling with his wife to explore new cities and local food spots across the U.S. When home in Colorado Springs, they love hiking the mountain trails and soaking in the scenery that makes the area special.
