Riley’s professional journey includes experience as a Dispatcher, Warehouse Manager, Fleet Manager, Installation Manager, Operations Manager, ServiceTitan Subject Matter Expert, and CTO. This well-rounded background allows Riley to see the full picture—from the technician in the field to the systems and processes that support them—ensuring teams are set up for success through efficiency, safety, and smart infrastructure.
